How to Use

- Cold: Store in the freezer so the pack is ready to use. Approximately 1 hour is required to freeze the gel.
- Hot (Microwave): Place the gel pack in the microwave for approximately 30 seconds (room temperature) or 1 minute (if frozen) on high power. Check the temperature; if not warm enough, continue in 10-second bursts. Times are based on a 600W microwave – adjust for your microwave’s power.
- Hot (Hot Water): Bring water to a boil, remove from heat, and immerse the gel pack for approximately 4–10 minutes, checking every minute after the first 4 minutes.
- Caution: Whether used hot or cold, check that the temperature is not too extreme against the skin. It’s recommended to wrap the gel pack in cloth before applying to skin.
