How to Use
-
- Step 1: Put your left arm into the cuff, making sure the air pipe faces the inside of your palm.
- Step 2: Position the cuff so the tube outlet sits 1–2 cm from the elbow joint, aligned with the middle finger.
- Step 3: Sit with your body relaxed, keep the cuff at heart height, stay still and quiet, and wait for the measurement to complete.
